1. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Digital product successfully delivered
  • Incorrect ID or user input provided
  • Change of mind after completed transaction
  • Fraudulent activity detected

2. Refundable Cases

  • Payment successful but product not delivered
  • Duplicate payment
  • System technical error

3. Processing Time

Refund only available until H+3 after purchases is made.

4. Support Channel

All refund requests must be submitted via the official ticketing system available through the Discord bot.
