1. Non-Refundable Cases
- Digital product successfully delivered
- Incorrect ID or user input provided
- Change of mind after completed transaction
- Fraudulent activity detected
2. Refundable Cases
- Payment successful but product not delivered
- Duplicate payment
- System technical error
3. Processing Time
Refund only available until H+3 after purchases is made.
4. Support Channel
All refund requests must be submitted via the official ticketing system available through the Discord bot.
